Q: What type of payment do you accept?
A: Paypal preferred, checks welcomed(as they clear), money orders, cashiers checks, cash on delivery if local
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: Residential, commercial, P.O. box and US/ International
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Returns are accepted on some items that you purchase through Big Tundra Enterprises. These items would include halo's, or lighting kits. Painted items are gauranteed for 12 months when they leave the shop and will be corrected should the product develop any imperfections in that time frame. The shipping, however, will be paid for by the buyer one way, BTE the other way
Q: Do you accept cancellations?
A: Cancellations are accepted after scheduling projects- the buyer must contact BTE to advise. Payment will be refunded in full if products have not been purchased. If they have been ordered and must be returned to the location of purchase, a 10% restock fee is added
Q: What is the turn around time for projects?
A: Turn around time depends solely on three things, shipping time, product availability, and project completion. Most combined jobs such as headlights, foglights,tail lights take up to a week to ten days to complete, If only headlights, tail lights, or foglights, 3-5 days to complete. Products such as Oracle lighting, special paint orders, and special part orders can sometimes take up to 3-5 days to arrive because they have to ordered in by BTE. It's best to order in advance if you are going to have special lighting placed in your headlights, fogs, or taillights- Once the products arrive, BTE will contact you. Then shipping your lights to BTE is all you have to do.
Q: Any additional costs to the buyer?
A: The buyer will pay shipping to Big Tundra Enterprises and from BTE back to buyers local. Shipping prices are not figured into the overall deal unless the buyer wants it that way. Shipping quotes can be assessed with the addition of a zipcode in your inquire . Two ways to do this- Normally, the buyer can ship their products with a return shipping notice in/on the shipping box, or BTE will contact the buyer and advise them the shipping fees for return. Then the additional funds can be forwarded to BTE's paypal account
